Who We Are

Directors Chris Noble and Ramy Eissa met onsite as Production Managers, and have a combined 16 years of experience. They realised early on that they share fundamental values upon which they founded Trojan Crew:

Sustainability: green credentals are factored into all considerations, for instance our uniforms.

Inclusivity: diversity of talent is a mainstay of our operations, especially supporting the career choices of women in male-dominated industries, and a commitment to anti-discrimination as set out in the Equality Act

Ethics: our commitment to treat our crew fairly & with respect, ensure their ongoing development, and to pay them above the industry standard

Community: we strive to make positive and practical contributions to the communities in which we operate, including our work with the Woodlarks Campsite supporting people with disabilities, and providing logistical support to the NHS at the height of the pandemic in early to mid-2020.
